Sonoran Custom Homes, LLC has rapidly, without compromise, grown into one of the state's most recognizable builders. As of early 2004, the Colorado owned and operated company boasts a current building resume consisting of eleven (11) different subdivisions with another three (3) scheduled for addition within six (6) months. Diversity has always been an important component as the products and their pricing range from the "starter" home to the fully "custom" home. Forward-looking strategies include future land developments as well as the addition of commercial construction.

At the heart of all the exciting growth is a core team of owners committed to an uncommon goal of excellence. As diverse as their company's product, the three founding members each bring their own brand of expertise to their respective roles.

Managing Members

• Shon Kokoszka has been in the Colorado Real Estate market for more than twelve (12) years. He has been a highly successful Broker Owner in addition to motivationally instructing individuals across the nation on the techniques of transactional dealings.
• Matthew Daugherty is the "owner" of an extensive and diverse building resume. He has personally overseen the construction of hundreds of projects ranging from the median to the multi-million dollar custom, multi-family to commercial. He is a graduate of Colorado State University having earned a degree in the field of construction management.
• Darryl Wagner is a decorated real estate sales and marketing veteran in the Colorado and Arizona markets. He has extensive knowledge of the housing industry. His experience ranges from the study of current and future market trends to the development and design of projects to be delivered to those markets.

• J. Clifford McKissack (Land Development Entitlements) brings over 25 years experience in residential development, project management and construction management.

Sonoran's Operations Division combines for over 30 years of field/on-site management experience. Other "in-house" divisions include bookkeeping, administration, change orders, construction draws, mortgage lending and sub-contractor bidding. All staff members responsible for these positions are professional veterans of the industry. Every one of them equally dedicated to achieving a level of service and accomplishment beyond that of expectation.
